1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with eejl55. Creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited. eejl55 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of bonuses, voiding of winnings, and potential legal action.

2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

eejl55 services are available exclusively to residents of the Philippines. Players located outside the Philippines, or using VPN, proxy, or other anonymization services to disguise their location, are prohibited from using the Platform. eejl55 employs geolocation technology to verify player location and reserves the right to void bets, bonuses, and winnings from players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

eejl55 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through approved payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Filipino banking institutions, as well as cryptocurrency (USDT) and other methods as posted on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. eejl55 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds. Deposits from third-party payment methods (accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing time. eejl55 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard using the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. 3.3 Turnover and Wagering Requirements

All deposits, whether bonus-attached or not, are subject to a minimum turnover requirement before withdrawal. Standard turnover requirement is 1x (one times) the deposit amount for non-bonus deposits. This anti-money laundering measure is required by PAGCOR regulations. 7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

eejl55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination resulted from fraudulent activity or Terms violation. For accounts closed in good standing, remaining balances will be returned to the player minus any applicable fees or charges.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the eejl55 Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio clips, and video clips is the property of eejl55 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from eejl55.

The eejl55 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of eejl55 or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EEJL55 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eejl55 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permitted by law, eejl55 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

eejl55 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet connectivity issues, server downtime, and technical problems may occasionally affect Platform availability.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and eejl55.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while reflecting the original intent of the parties.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and eejl55 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
